Wow, sweet video. Amazing use of loops. Perhaps those who would like to get this level should have a look at my attached video. Might help to get you started.

    Cheers

@Captnuendo Actually you can sell tracks created with apple loops, but if you cannot sell apple loops itself

awesome, i am a newbie to logic, can you help me?

@Captnuendo, Jay-Z used apple loops for the beat in Rihanna’s Umbrella so using them in music is fine, but you can’t sell them as loops on their own, which is not what is happening here, its a demonstration!

I find the loops usefull and use them for my tracks

Good stuff man, but I’d highly recommend learning how to use the chord track. Regular chord changes and key changes would take this from a novelty to a real piece of music.

Apple loops from the jam packs are royalty free. You can use them in a composition without any legal issues as long as you don’t try to use them to create another sample library for sale. It is explained better in the eula. The fact that you didn’t get a job because that person didn’t want loops used has nothing to do with the legality of using apple loops professionaly.

I, actually, agree, by the way. This song is great for an underground hit, they should put you in the top ten. I also made a song using Apple loops. Just click on my username, “djtechno95,” and look for a video called “”Untitled” By John Chau.” I hope you like it.

Actually Logic in general has gone down in price since version 8 came out, at least in Australia. The price for the full version is around $250-300, and I upgraded from Logic Express 7 (for which I paid $500, admittedly) for only $120, which is a serious upgrade from the previous version.
In any case, this is a very nice use of loops here, great work!

    Nice, funky, great vibe ¡¡¡

Forget Captnuendo comments: many people have access to the apple loops, but very few are able to put them together and sounding as good as your theme.

    Congratulations

BTW, the guitar solo is amazingly fitting the whole spirit)

You cannot sell apple loop tracks!! unless you put in your own stuff!! yes it sounds nice.. you did NOT create this….i used to swear on apple loops… when i tried to get a job a producer in a studio… the guy kicked me out saying NO LOOPS!!! apple loops are for post production and learning…

  23. assgroos says:
